Press Press Merch believes that ordering custom merch online should feel simple.
Our new website is built on the InkSoft platform, which gives customers a powerful way to create and order custom merch online. What makes the difference is how that platform connects directly to our seasoned production processes and is backed by our team of expert printing veterans.
Want to know what goes into ordering with Press Press Merch? Here's how the process works from start to finish.
Step 1: Choose from a production-ready catalog
Everything starts with the product.
InkSoft allows customers to browse a curated catalog of apparel, accessories, posters, stickers, patches, and promotional goods. These aren’t random SKUs pulled from a massive list, they’re items selected because they decorate well and hold up in real-world use.
That means the product you choose is already compatible with:
Screen printing
Embroidery
Heat & Direct to Garment Transfers
Specialty decoration methods like patches or laser engraving
Good merch starts with the right blank. We’ve done that homework for you. Looking for something particular? Submit a custom quote request and our team will help you through the process.
Step 2: Add your design or build one on the fly
Once you’ve selected a product, InkSoft gives you full control over the design process.
You can:
Upload your own finished artwork
Create a design directly in the browser using InkSoft’s design tools, fonts, and layout options
You’ll be able to size, place, and preview your design on the product before ordering. This step is about clarity, seeing what you’re ordering before it ever hits production.
It’s fast enough for simple jobs, flexible enough for more involved designs, and intuitive even if you’re not a designer.
Step 3: Place your order with confidence
When your design is ready, you place the order directly through the site. Pricing is clear, the process is straightforward, and you don’t have to wait for someone to manually build your order from scratch.
From there, the system hands things off to our production team.
Step 4: Human review before anything gets printed
Automation speeds things up, but it doesn’t replace our expertise.
Every order is reviewed by our design team to make sure the artwork, placement, and decoration method make sense for the product you selected. If something looks off or needs adjustment to print correctly, we catch it before it becomes a problem.
This step is critical. It’s the difference between “technically submitted” and “actually production-ready.”
Step 5: Premium printing and embroidery
Once approved, your order moves into production.
Depending on the product, that may include:
Screen printing
Embroidery
Stickers and patches
Laser engraving
All production is handled with the same standards we apply across everything we make, consistent execution, clean results, and attention to detail.
Step 6: Shipping and delivery
After production and quality checks, your order is packed and shipped by our fulfillment team. What arrives is the finished product you designed, made to last, not just made to ship.
Interested in fundraising, team or spiritwear stores, or a temporary storefront?
InkSoft also gives us the ability to create temporary online stores for clients who want to sell merch to their audience.
These stores are ideal for:
Schools and Sports Teams
Fundraisers
Campaigns or limited runs
Organizations selling merch without managing orders themselves
Customers shop the store, place orders, and we handle production behind the scenes. Same process. Same standards. Just scaled for selling instead of one-off ordering.
Are you a band, artist, influencer or festival looking for a more permanent merch partner? Explore our Merch Shops™ to find out if that's the correct solution for you.
