What types of apparel can you embroider?
Just about anything with fabric. We regularly stitch on hats, polos, jackets, fleece, hoodies, bags, beanies, aprons, and more. If it fits on the machine and holds a stitch, we can probably embroider it.
What kind of embroidery machines do you use?
We use Barudan embroidery machines, universally considered best in the business. They’re fast, reliable, and produce tight, clean stitching that holds up over time.
Do you offer 3D/puff embroidery?
Yes. We offer 3D puff embroidery for hats and select garments where raised stitching gives your design a bold, dimensional look. It works best with simple, blocky designs. We’ll help you determine if it’s a good fit.
What kind of files do you need for embroidery?
We’ll need a high-res vector file (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF) or a large .PNG/.JPG for reference. We’ll then digitize your design — that means converting it into a file that tells the embroidery machine exactly how to stitch it. Don’t worry, we handle that part.
What is digitizing, and is it required?
Yes, digitizing is required for embroidery. It’s the process of translating your design into a stitch path. We do it in-house to ensure quality and control. There’s a one-time setup fee per design, but once it’s digitized, reorders are quick and easy.
Can you match my brand’s colors exactly?
We stock a wide range of thread colors, including close Pantone matches. While exact PMS-to-thread matches don’t always exist, we’ll get as close as physically possible and provide a thread sample if needed.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
Our embroidery minimum is 12 pieces per design, but we can accommodate smaller runs in certain cases. Just ask, we’re flexible when it makes sense.
How long does embroidery production take?
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from the time your proof is approved. Need it faster? Let us know. Rush options may be available depending on the schedule and garment type.
Can I bring my own items to get embroidered?
We do allow customers to provide their own garments as long as they are pre-approved by one of our team members prior. Some garments, hats or products may not work well with embroidery due to their structure or fabric and we are happy to help guide you.
Can you create custom patches with my design?
Yes! We offer a wide variety of patches including embroidered, rubber, woven, felt and leather with a variety of backing options. They’re great for hats, uniforms, bags as well as on their own.
We can produce engraved leather and faux leather patches for hats and apparel, with application, sewn or heat applied (stitchless finish) in-house.
