What kind of artwork files do you need?
We prefer vector files (like .AI, .EPS, .PDF) for the cleanest results. If you’re sending raster images (.PSD, .JPG, .PNG), make sure they’re at least 300 DPI with a minimum starting artboard size of 10” x 10”. If you're not sure what you have, send it over and our graphics department will take care of you.
Is there a minimum order for screen printing?
Our minimum for screen printing is 24 pieces per design, but that can vary depending on the number of ink colors and print locations. For smaller runs, we’ll guide you to the most cost-effective method.
Can you print full-color or photo-realistic images?
Yes, and we do it well. Our shop is dialed in for high-detail, full-color, simulated process and 4-color process printing. Whether it’s a vintage-style graphic or a photo that needs to hold up on fabric, we’ll separate it properly and make sure the print hits right.
How many ink colors can you print?
We can print up to 12 spot colors per design, depending on the complexity and garment. Whether you’re keeping it clean with a one-color front hit or going full-blown festival poster, we’ve got you covered.
Do you have standard ink colors, or can I request custom ones?
We’ve got hundreds of colors already mixed and ready to go, including Pantone matches. If you need a specific color for branding or design consistency, just let us know the Pantone number and we’ll dial it in. See our stock ink color guide here.
What kind of inks do you use?
We offer plastisol, water-based, and discharge inks depending on the look, feel, and fabric you want.
What types of garments do you print on?
Pretty much anything made of cotton, blends, fleece, polyester or jersey. We can source blanks for you or print on garments you provide (pending quality check). T-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, tanks, bags, you name it.
Can you print on sleeves, pockets, or other non-standard locations?
Absolutely. We print sleeves, side prints, inside tags, over seams, and even all-over prints. Just let us know what you’re after — we’ve done it all.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from the time you approve your proof and invoice. Need it faster? We offer rush services when our schedule allows — just ask your sales rep.
Can you help with the design or make adjustments to my artwork
Yes, we’ve got a full in-house design team. We can clean up, separate, or build your art from scratch if needed. Design time is billed hourly, but we’re fast and transparent with estimates.
