Event Requirements & Setup

To ensure a smooth live print experience, here’s what we’ll need:

• Minimum 10x10 space (outdoor tent or indoor booth)

• Access to electricity, standard 110 (for heat press use, if applicable)

• 2–3 hours of setup time before event start

• Advanced coordination on:

  • Approved design set (usually 2–3 options)

  • Garment types and sizes

  • Event branding and signage needs
